Chapter 5-6

Ch.5, Question 18:

Dear Family,
Things have been going alright around here. It has been pretty normal around here except for this guy, Ender. He's kind of intimidating. When you first look, he seems quiet, little, and maybe a little weird but as you watch him more and more he's almost scary. For example, on the launch here he broke another kid's arm. Well, the kid was messing with him first by hitting him in the back of the head and I guess Ender just couldn't take anymore. He flipped him over the seat and he went flying through the air. Graff caught him and pronounced he had a broken arm. That was a shocking moment. I am kind of jealous of him because Gaff thinks he's the best and doesn't notice anyone else. I do not pity him because in a way he is like a bully, but I would like to get to know him because it could be an advantage. Being friends with him might also get me noticed. I just hope Ender will not do anything to me. Wish me luck.
